Jeffrey D. Hatchell is president and founder of Over the Top Coaching, certified MBE. He is a certified executive coach, experienced corporate facilitator, and an in-demand motivational speaker who has spoken at national conferences and appeared on television. His mission is to inspire others to step into their greatness.
Cecil Plummer has over 13 years of executive leadership experience and possesses a solid background in strategic sourcing, change management, performance and process improvement, Supplier Diversity, strategic planning, and risk management.
In her current role as Project Manager for Kaiser Permanente’s National Supplier Diversity team, Tanya is responsible for leading and supporting internal and external supplier diversity operations which includes collaborating with lines of business, sourcing and key stakeholders to develop and align business and functional strategies to drive Kaiser Permanente’s supplier diversity goals. Tanya has more than fifteen years’ experience in supplier diversity.
Associate Director Lisa Castillo is responsible for fostering key stakeholder relationships between AT&T Supplier Diversity and the minority communities across the west coast. Currently Ms. Castillo is a board member of the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council and WBEC-West, as well as serves on the Corporate Advisory Board with the Disabled Veteran’s Business Alliance and Astra’s Best Practices Committee.
The Honorable Aida Alvarez has been an award-winning journalist, a successful investment banker. Appointed by President Clinton to head the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Administrator Alvarez was the first Hispanic woman to serve in a President’s Cabinet.
