WRMSDC’s Golf Tournament & Fundraiser will bring together our community for a day of networking on the course, as we match inclusive suppliers with Corporate Members dedicated to supply chain inclusion and impact. Funds raised will directly support WRMSDC’s mission to close the wealth gap by helping minority entrepreneurs & diverse suppliers succeed.

Donna Ruff
President & CEO
Donna Ruff is an accomplished corporate leader with more than 20 years of management experience and a solid background in Supplier Diversity, executive leadership, and business development. Her expertise in program direction, contract negotiations, and sustainability initiatives has enabled her to develop and implement metrics, analyses, improvements, timelines, budgets, and processes that drive cost-saving innovations. Donna's vision for empowering minority-owned businesses will drive positive impacts in Northern California, Nevada, and Hawai'i. Recognized with accolades like the 2020 WRMSDC MBEIC People's Choice, the 2022 Supplier Diversity Leader of the Year, and the 2023 Top 5 Most Influential Women in D&I by CIO Views, Donna is a powerful advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Heman Chand
Vice President
Heman Chand has 20+ years of experience in the Construction Industry and is part of the Ownership Group at S+B James Construction (MBE). Chand has been an active participant with WRMSDC for the past two years and what he enjoys the most about being a part of WRMSDC is the ability to give back to others.
Andre Dawson
Diversity Business Development Manager
A native of Tampa, Fl, Andre Dawson joined World Wide Technology in 2021 and currently serves as the Diversity Business Development Manager for their Enterprise Sales organization in the West Region. Andre leads efforts in the West to grow the WWT business footprint by leading sales engagements and working with supplier diversity teams of prospective and existing customers, STEM and Diversity organizations to help WWT Impact Teams shorten the sales cycle and develop new business opportunities. Andre’s also focused on and passionate about supporting the broader strategic initiatives of his customers diversity programs in an effort to create economic opportunity and impact in communities of color. Prior to joining WWT Andre spent 7+ Years at the University of California system, in risk consulting. Andre currently serves as President of the Associate Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area and has been an avid fan of the Golden State Warriors since his move to the Bay Area in 2014. This of course was prior to the Warriors last set of Championship runs, which excludes him from being a bandwagon fan. Andre holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida A&M University..
Timothy McLaughlin
Director of Supplier Diversity
Tim McLaughlin is Director of Supplier Diversity is responsible for developing, maintaining and administering San Jose Water’s Utility Supplier Diversity Program (USDP) and supports San Jose Water Group (SJW Group) Supplier Diversity Programs in Connecticut, Maine and Texas. Tim has served in several volunteer leadership capacities including 2016-2019 past President of the Industry Council for Small Business Development (ICSBD), Institute of Supply Management’s (ISM) Diversity Committee, Disabled Veteran Business Alliance Advisory Council, and the National Utility Diversity Council’s (NUDC) Advisory Committee. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Stacie Harwood
Sr. Program Manger, Supplier Diversity
Stacie Harwood is a 15-year T-Mobile veteran and responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Un-carrier’s Supplier Diversity team, which oversees organization-wide initiatives concerning diversity and opens doors for minority-owned businesses to thrive with the carrier. Originally from Montana, Stacie and her husband currently reside in the Seattle area with their three dogs and cat. The humans of the household support animal rescue organizations and love to travel abroad, lounging on warm sandy beaches.
Andrea Brenholz
CEO/President
As CEO/President of ATR International, I am proud to be the face of the next generation of the staffing world. My career with ATR began in 2007, and ever since my responsibilities, expertise, and industry insight have steadily increased. Each day, I strive to keep ATR ahead of the curve by adopting new and emerging technologies that promise to improve ATR, businesses seeking talent, and skilled professionals. All these efforts lead to the continuous fulfillment of ATR’s purpose of making the world a better place, one job at a time. Outside of my position as head of ATR, I enjoy serving as a mentor to and voice for women and minorities looking to excel in staffing, for which I was named one of Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2018 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing. As CEO/President of ATR, I also aim to increase awareness of STEM subjects to the area’s girls and young women, and to give back to the community that serves as ATR’s home. I have always been passionate about philanthropy, and it is part of my role to encourage my team to use ATR’s Volunteering Time Off policy to help make a positive impact on all those we meet at ATR and beyond.

Rahul Kuruvilla

Rahul is the Founder and CEO of Triune Infomatics, an IT staffing company based in Fremont, California. With a nationwide presence, Triune offers staffing solutions to clients in the education, government, and commercial sectors, and has been recognized multiple times by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest-growing IT staffing companies. Rahul is also a Certified Executive Coach. He also Volunteers as the Chair of MBEIC for WRMSDC and is , a board member for IT Serve, USPAACC and an Alumni Board member for Cal State East Bay.
