Session 1 — Your Growth Roadmap: Vision and Revenue Streams

Get clear on where your business is headed over the next year and design the revenue streams that will get you there — what to scale, what to add, and what to let go. You’ll leave with a focused roadmap instead of a scattered to-do list. AI Assist: Run a quick market and competitor scan, and pressure-test new revenue ideas before you invest in them.

Session 2 — Stop Running the Business & Start Leading It

Make the shift from doing everything yourself to leading like a CEO.
