DENTAL SCHOOL MEZZANINE ADDITION AND SIMULATION CLINIC REMODEL UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA, LAS VEGAS

CMAR Project Number: 908-GS MARTIN-HARRIS CONSTRUCTION is accepting Qualification Applications through September 8th, 2026 by 2:00 pm

Martin-Harris Construction, in its capacity as Construction Manager at Risk, and pursuant to NRS 338.16991, hereby invites properly licensed subcontractors, suppliers, material and equipment vendors to submit a qualification application to become eligible to bid.

Construction of an added mezzanine and renovation of the student lounge and Dental School Simulation Clinic, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, and utility upgrades, as well as coordination and final connections for Owner-provided equipment and furnishings

Small, local, diverse, and disadvantaged subcontractors, suppliers, material and equipment vendors are encouraged to participate in this qualification process directly and through bidding subcontractors.

All interested parties must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991.

Martin-Harris has elected to adopt the Nevada State Public Works Division’s List of Qualified Bidders. Firms appearing on the NSPWD’s List of Qualified Bidders whose qualification expires after September 8th, 2026, are deemed qualified for the license classifications and to the limits listed within the List of Qualified Bidders.

Firms not appearing in the NSPWD List of Qualified Bidders may obtain a qualification application from Martin-Harris.
