The Small Business Input Committee (SBIC) is a critical part of the leadership of the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC). It is made up of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) leaders from throughout the Western Region, as well as a leadership committee consisting of a Chair, Officers, and Regional leads.
