Ongoing Programs
Business Growth Acceleration Program (BGAP)
The Business Growth Acceleration Program (BGAP) is targeted for participants who have the goal of growing their individual businesses. The practical, hands-on approach engages each participant in the immediate application of concepts to their individual business challenges. Participants are actively building their businesses while being coached by real world entrepreneurial practitioners. Through the BGAP program each participant’s business is intensified in preparation for growth and sustainability.
Over the 5 -6 month training period, the participants will work closely with their mentors and attend eleven (11) virtual instructor led courses addressing Strategic Growth Plan, Change Management, Market Research, Strategic Partnerships/Relationships, Financial Planning and Analysis, Leadership, Employee Engagement & Professionalism.
The Program will wrap-up with a graduation ceremony and each participant will have an opportunity to present an eight (8) minute presentation to three to six Corporate Supplier Diversity Leaders for constructive feedback. Each participant will be presented with a certificate of completion.

Lead, Educate, Advocate, & Develop (LEAD)
